Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Conditions for accepting returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
• Must not have been worn, used or modified
• Be clean and in perfect condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Any item not meeting these conditions (scratched, damaged, used or unsuitable for resale) will be refused and returned to the sender.

Ineligible items
In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return procedure
Before any shipment, no returns will be accepted without prior approval.
1. Send your request by email to our customer service department, specifying:
• Your order number
• The article(s) concerned
• The preferred method of compensation (exchange, credit note or refund)
2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you the necessary instructions for the return.
3. The item must be shipped in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchange, credit note or refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, compensation will be issued according to your choice:
▸Credit note ETCH.
• Valid for 6 months on the entire ETCH website.
• An amount equivalent to the value of the returned item
• Initial delivery charges may be included depending on the case
▸ Refund
• Processed via the payment method used when placing the order (credit card or PayPal)
• The refund only covers the price of the product
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend shipping with tracking
